font-size: 12pt;\">Este assunto j\u00e1 foi motivo de diversos Ac\u00f3rd\u00e3os por parte do Tribunal de Contas da Uni\u00e3o &#8211; TCU e por ser muito relevante foi novamente gerado um Novo Ac\u00f3rd\u00e3o.<\/span><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
